Protest Video of the Day: Representative Mark Pocan on Redistricting

Elected to represent the 78th Assembly District in 1998, Representative Mark Pocan knows a lot about state government, stemming from serving three terms on the Joint Committee on Finance, during which time he was co-chair of that committee for a year.  Representative Pocan runs a great blog, which he uses to educate his readership on important issues of the day in plain, easy to understand language.
