Janesville Gazette: Rock County, Janesville Law Enforcement Have No Plans to Arrest Missing Senator.  Rock County Sheriff Bob Spoden: "“Unless he has a valid arrest warrant, we’re not going to take anyone into custody for a violation of Senate rules."
