Sunday evening news round up (March 28, 2011)

***NEWS from the Wisconsin Capitol*** Recently they have started to ticket people for holding signs on the first floor level of the rotunda. There is word that law enforcement may be ordered to go farther and start arresting people. This is, yet another, completely illegal tactic being used to try to smother out the protests that are occurring in WI and is unconstitutional.
